Requirements for Online Pharmacy Membership

OP Annual Membership $999

An online pharmacy is eligible for membership if he/she:

• Promotes Pharmaceutical sales online through the use of a website.
• Complies with all laws regarding SPAM and agrees not to participate in the sending of unsolicited emails nor to allow its affiliates or partners to participate in the sending of unsolicited emails .
• Honors the confidentiality of all patient information and will not disclose or make available for sale any private or confidential information.
• Agrees to comply with State and Federal Laws and Policies overseeing the sale of controlled substances over the internet.
• Is committed to providing customers with safe online physician care through the methods determined by Federal and State Govt. Authorities, Pharmaceutical Review Boards, and other governing bodies.
• OPs agree to describe accurately the medications available through the Pharmacies they represent, making no false claims as to the health benefits or risks associated with said medications other than that provided by the Pharmaceutical Maker of said medications, or the actual medicine that will be sent.
• Provides potential patients with a valid "Terms of Use" or "Disclaimer" page.
• Is committed to the furtherence of Online or Tele-Medicine and providing affordable and easy access to Licensed Physicians and Prescription Medications and participates in the Organization as an active member throughout the term of membership.
• Agrees to pay affiliates/partners/Doctors and Pharmacies promptly
• Agrees to handle customer and Affiliate/Partner/Pharmacy queries and complaints promptly and with due care
• Agrees to inform Affiliates/Partners/Pharmacys of any material changes such as proct lines and pricing promptly and with due care
• Disclosure of all medicine related domains owned
• Agreement by the member to abide by the rules at all times (eg only offer controlled meds if there is a valid process for Doctor Patient relationship in place and operate a zero spam tolerance policy)
